Hi everyone,
So I mentioned recently that I love going to get threaded (well rather I like the effect - I dislike the pain a lot....). I looked on youtube tonight and there are some vids of people self threading and, well I'm thinking of trying it - maybe not on the eyebrows, but more on the 'facial hair' lol.
I'd do anything to spare myself the embarrassment of having to walk through Debenhams with a big red area above my lip in my efforts to avoid looking like Magnum PI.... Oh how we suffer for beauty!
I have no idea how to link to the videos or put links in - not very technically minded, so if anyone can come up with a simpletons guide to this, I'd appreciate it (I mean, what is all this 'tinyurl' business?) but all you need to do is look at 'pursebuzz' channel and she has one there and there are loads in the sidebar too...
Anyone tried it lol?

Self threading I find is great for tidying up eyebrow hairs but i'm very causious of using this method to shape the brow in case a big chunk of hairs come out by accident :s

I thread my own eyebrows. I used to pay £3.50 for mine but i find it easier doing my own :)

ahh I had this done for the first time on Thursday at Debenhams, sooo painful but the result is worth it!I'm not sure about doing it yourself, a lot of skill is needed to do it right!no harm trying! and yes I had to walk around with massive red patches!!xx
