Hope you are all ok!
So I've been seduced by the nude lip recently. Up until a few weeks ago I was strictly a gloss girl - lipstick seemed too.... formal on me? But I know that lipstick is due to make a big comeback soon - the fashion mags have been predicting it for the last few seasons anyway, and the nude lip feels like a nice easy way of making the transition!
I've also realised how versatile it is in a way - nudes work with all looks, eye colours and blushes, and they look glam and sophisticated too... but they never look overdone and are really wearable....
So I present to you three of my recent nude purchases;
From left to right we have Barry M lip-paint in 101, MAC's 'Hue' and everyones favourite, Gosh's 'Darling' (134)...
And this is how they look on... (same order from left to right)
Any preference lol? I know they all look very similar on here, but ther are different in real life lol, and these were taken in artificial light, still, you can see some slight differences I hope... God I need a better camera with extreme close up features lol...

it's quite tough to tell with those pictures but i think i like the look of the MAC one most... though they all look nice. i really do need to get myself a nude soon!
I know - I'm sorry the pictures aren't too clear, I can assure you they do look different in real life lol - The only time my partner can take the pics is at night in the week which means crappy artificial light... The MAC on is my fave I think too, followed by gosh then Barry M... I like them all though xxx
oo i have the barry m 101, i like all of them on you :). I find it hard to find good nude lipsticks because of my olive skin :(.
I realllllly want Gosh's Darling. It looks so perfect!!!
I like them all but have to say my fave is Gosh and not just because I own it but because its the only one I own lol. You really suit the nude lip. X
Can't really tell from the pictures but I think Hue is gorgeous. You suit a nude lip,if you can get hold of Fleshpot or Lovedust I think you'd like themx
I saw fleshpot and lovedust on your blog and I love them both - no pro store near me though!
Wow! What a collection already! They all look fabulous! I think my next purchase will definatley be Barry M's 101 though.. very nice!

I've heard so much about Barry M 101 and gosh's darling they all look gorgeous! I think I need to get them :)
I picked up GOSH Darling yesterday, I was so excited to find it! I've never tried Mac Hue before but I think I've been bitten by the nude lip bug!
They all look really nice on you! I have the 101 and GOSH Darling and to be honest I hate them both! On other people they look nice but nude lips just make me look dead, I just don't think I have the skintone to pull it off! x
