In spite of the various "issues" I have had over the past few days with Royal Mail loosing and leaving various parcels "on the van", and just generally being incompetent, they did manage (eventually) to get one parcel to me. I have to say though, before recieving the parcel they did indeed leave it on a van, and then when I went to the sorting office to collect it, they were unable to give me it (turns out it was on the floor all the time, this apparently completely foxed them...)
Anyway, rant about Royal Mail withstanding, the parcel I recieved was well worth the jiggery pokery to get my mits on...
After my recent review of the Rouge Bunny Rouge products I was sent, I was so impressed by the products, I realised I "needed" to get my mits on some more (seriously, that liquid highlighter? Its like they have somehow bottled candlelight!)... So I was very pleased when this lovely and well-packaged order from www.zuneta.com (the only place you can get RBR in the UK), arrived...
Full marks to Zuneta for sending their parcels out in such lovely packaging by the way - so much nicer to recieve goodies tissue wrapped in a box, rather than a bubble envelope - feels so much more like a little present to myself lol (then again, that could be just me...)
Here are the goodies I bought... (The jurlique bits were free with the order, as I had spent over a certain amount - again, nice touch by Zuneta!)... One lipstick and three eyeshadows...
Here they are out of the packaging and in full technicolour glory... (well, as glorious as my crappy camera can do...)
The lipstick or as RBR call it "Hues of Enchantment, Colour Burst Lipstick" is in the shade "Word of Mouth" This shade is decribed on www.zuneta.com as a "creamy shiny finish, cool cherry syrup - The little black dress of lipsticks, very pretty and feminine".
They had me with the "Little black dress" bit - this is a lovely raspberry pink shade, and would go with a wide variety of makeup looks. Its pretty enough to wear alone, but looks great with various other makeup looks to. Feels like nothing on the lips, but is very well pigmented. This makes you look like you have eaten a bowl of fresh raspberries... It wears well too, staying put with no bleeding, and wears off evenly. Love it - can see more of these being added to my wishlist with great speed!
The first eyeshadow to show you, or to give it its full glorious title "When Birds are Singing... Long Lasting Eyeshadow", is in the shade "Abyssinian Catbird", Zuneta describe this as a "Metallic bronze with golden highlights" - I'd say this is a pretty spot on description really - its a lovely darkish gold colour - it swatches more gold than bronze on my skin - this will work perfectly as a wash of colour, or a crease colour. Will also work beautifully with metallic greens and blues for a bit more of a colourful look...

Next up, the shade "Mysterious Tinamou" - described as an "Iridescent bejewelled deep-sea blue, reminiscent of a wild ducks plumage". This is actually the product that made me want to place the order as I feel in love with the swatch - Its a really really lovely blue shade with silvery-green undertones to it. I'm thinking this would work well as a stand alone shade, applied heavily on the lid, and then blended out to create a modern, one colour look. It will also work well as a crease colour with bronzes and golds, and would even look great with greens or silvers for more colourful looks - this shade is all I hoped it would be!

We also have "Bejewelled Skylark", described as a "Rich, iridescent chocolate-brown, with copper reflections" - a pretty good decription of the shade actually, although, I would add that it has slight red-orange undertones, which means it works well with blue and green eyes. Again I think this would work great as a stand alone shade, but also would be prefect as a crease colour with various shades, and would also look great with either of the other two shades I bought...

I have swatched all the lovelies below for your delectation...

Great review and pictures. I have two of those items. RBR really is addictive, I'm already writing a list for my third order :) Zuneta said they would have the whole range in November. I think I'm going to have to get that liquid highlighter you got in your last lot, looks so pretty.
@replica - I know - I blame you and londonmakeupgirl haha! I love it - can't recommend that highlighter enough by the way - it is AMAZING! I feel I may "need" more than one shade?
Here's to November - I can't wait to see more!
Those shades are lovely, especially Mysterious Tinamou. I just wish this brand was more affordable lol. x
I've never heard of these products before but now I'm intrigued lol:)

So, so pretty, love the look of Abyssinian Catbird. Would have jumped all over this 3 months ago, but now I have to spend my money on stupid things like 'Bumbos' instead. *stamps feet*
@Lorla - I know - and you should see the packaging... love at first sight!
@Tali - hopefully you will think it's worth the price when you get it... I really love these products, but I know they are a bit dear... then again, they are a similar pricepoint to YSL and chanel!
@Lipglossiping - Ah but you have a lovely beautiful baby to make up for it! xxx
Yes - you finally got them! Curses to Royal Mail. I may need the catbird eyeshadow. I have and love the pink highlighter. Can't wait for more of the range in November.
