Illamasqua Sephora Launch... And SOLSTICE BACK IN STOCK!!!

Well, for those of you who don't know yet, Illamasqua are indeed launching in the USA on the 31st July in the brand new Sephora store in New York's Times square... They will then be rolling out to a further 26 Sephora stores by the end of October, so our lovely friends across the pond will finally be able to see what all the fuss is about! The initial launch range will be of 200 selected items, and will be joined by the rest of the range at a later date!

Also, FINALLY... Solstice is back in stock on the Illamasqua website! Get your ordered before it sells out again! (Although, I have to say, the bronze liquid metal in the shade enrapture is also worth a look!

Yay!!! I heard about this on MBB and I was so excited. No international shipping fees! Now, if only Sephora opened a store closer to wear I live so I don't have to pay s&h at all. The nearest one by me is I believe forty minutes-hour away.

MizzWorthy, do you know if Illamasqua is approved for sensitive skin? I have hyper-sensitive skin and I couldn't find any info on their website about sensitivity (not approved generally means no go for me). I've been trying to find out ever since pixiwoo got me hooked on all the pretty colors!

I ordered the Solstice on Friday (along with a few other bits. It doesn't make sense to pay s&h for just one thing, right?)

To Kate: I'm sure Jen will answer as well, but I have very pale and reactive skin, and I've had no problems at all with the cream foundation and pressed powder (this is just my personal experience though.) I think Illamasqua doesn't make sensitivity claims because they don't mean much: I have broken out from so-called dermatologically-tested products.

Oh my god I didn't think it was possible but sephora just got better!!! Now all us Brits need is for sephora to start rolling out over here! Ahhh to dream the dream!

Did I mention on my blog how over the moon I am over finally having the opportunity to see it all in person.

Haha, I wonder when they will follow Topshop's footsteps and launch in Poland... Even though there's only one Topshop in the whole country! xxx

@Kate, I've emailed the company to check that out for you, and I'll let you know as soon as I find out, but I'd agree with what GraceLondon says below, sensitivity claims are a bit cifficult to make as people can still have reactions no matter what - My advice is to go along any try to test out a few products on your skin to see how you react.

@Grace London - LOL,I have the exact same mentality when I place orders!

@RobertSmithsMistress - Lol, apparently there used to be a few sephora's over here, but they disappeared!

@KraseyBeauty - you will be like a kid in a sweetshop!

@Rocaille, surely just a matter of time!?

@Kate, I have just heard back from Illamasqua and the products are corrently being tested, but this may take some time, so hopefully they should publish some info about that soon!

@Tali, lol, they will all be eternally greatful! Yeah, the contests do kind of take over when they are running - I think we got 30 entries all together! Judging is so hard! I couldn't do it on my own! x

Thanks MizzWorthy for checking that out. I'll definitely have to wait a bit then.

@Grace London--I know what you mean. I've gotten in the habit of swatching everything. Generally though, I'm more willing to risk my hand/arm to sensitive-skin approved companies than to unapproved companies!

I cant wait!I wonder how long it will take to get Illamasqua in my local Sephora?
I have really sensitive skin as well ( think it is common for us paler folk)
Thank GOD there is a Sephora down the road from my house!

Hi. I read in one of the comments that illamasqua is free shipping international. I ordered the second time from their website but they charged me again. Is the free shipping only for the U.S.?
