So here I am on my two days off, and I can't post anything because BT have managed to cock up our Internet service again.
They tell us they have identified the fault and tell us it will be repaired some time tomorrow evening. *doesn't hold breath*
This is the second time BT have amazed us with their efficiency in as many months. Genius!
So frustrating. If anyone wants me, I'll be drafting posts then...

Ah I hate BT! They always insist there's nothing wrong and won't do anything about your problem unless you ring them about 20 times. I hope you manage to get it fixed soon!
