I was sent this for review purposes. I was offered a range of products, however as I hadn't seen this one before, I picked this out to try and review...
As you can see, it is housed in a sleek silver (plastic) tube, somewhat like a lipstick in design...
WARNING - There are some delightful pictures of blemishes being covered in this post - don't read whilst eating!
Ingredients - isopropyl palmitate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Ozokerite, PPG-2 Myristyl Ether Propionate, Petrolatum, Boron Nitride, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Aloe Barbadensis, Calendula Officinalis; Geranium maculatum, Triticum Vulgare, Melaleuca Alterifolia, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Isopropyl Myristate, PEG-8, PEG35, Castor oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Propylparaben, CL77491, CL77492, CL 77891.
I have no idea what any of these ingredients do, but I was a little surpised to see witch hazel quite so far down on the list...
The packaging also states that it is not tested on animals - very good, thumbs up for that.
It is available in two shades - I was sent the lightest shade "Natural", although I can't find any information in the Witch website about the other shade. I am also unable to find any pricing information on either Boots or Superdrug's websites, so I'm not sure when this will become available. Given the price point of the rest of the range, I'd expect this to come in at around £4, but definitely at less that £5... You get 2g of product. I like the packaging on this - functional, hygienic and easy to use. The tip of the concealer is not too big, so its easy to direct where you need it...
It has a pleasant fresh Witch Hazel scent too, which you will either like or not - personally I do.
How well does it work?
On the left, we have a divine picture of my skin, featuring some beautiful blemishes. I actually didn't realise I had this many, so thank you to my camera for shattering that particular illusion I had about myself...
Here we have a slightly more paletable picture of the concealer applied to the skin, unblended. As you can see, nice and creamy, and seems like a decent match too...
Finally, we have the concealer applied and blended. As you can see, it does loose a little bit of coverage in the blending, but all in all a hell of a lot better than the first picture, I think we can all agree? *chokes down vomit induced by reviewing that first picture again and shudders*
It seems to give coverage in a "natural" way - ie, you can still see the blemishes, but they are substantially toned down.
Would I repurchase? Undecided really - it does do a good job, but I have a LOT of concealer to get through before I purchase any more, and I have a few other favourites too (from Illamasqua, Clarins and MAC). I don't dislike this, and I love the scent, and I thought it did a great job for the price point. I'd like to think that the Witch hazel would be slightly higher up in the ingredients list...
I'd recommend this if you are on a budget, and want a reasonable coverage from, a well priced range however.
Hope this helped!

I've used this and quite liked it, using up some thers at the moment. Emma :)
I didn't know this product before, but as I can understand it's purpose is to treat and also cover blemishes. Witch hazel is used for acne treatment a lot. As for covering blemishes, I swear by my green concealer (I use Kryolan's) because it's the best thing to counteract redness!
I like that there is tea tree oil in it as well. Not sure really how well it would help treat, but I would assume it wouldn't break you out as some others have the tendency to do!
The 'after' photo is very convincing. But oh please, you don't need to feel awkward about showing that blemish. It's the tiniest blemish ever! :D
