May was a month I was dreading because I was turning 30 - an event which in the end wasn't so bad at all! In fact, it's onwards and upwards - My twenties were a bit of a disaster due to an ill advised marriage and subsequent divorce, as well as a lot of too-ing and fro-ing over what to do at uni etc. My thirties have been much more settled and peaceful so far *touches wood*
In Blog world...
- Our first Illamasqua contest was featured on the Illamasqua website. I screamed rather loudly when I saw it.
- We also managed to pick the finalists for the first contest - remember these?
- We also announced the winners...
- We debated the merits of Barry M bronzer V's Nars Laguna... Remember how obsessed we all were with it!?
- We were all excited to meet the actual Mister Barry M.
- My favourite makeup of the month was this one.
