Loving This! Boots Number 7 Foaming Shower Oil.

As you all may know, I am a massive fan of facial cleansing oils, and I've often wondered if the rest of my bod could benefit from an oily cleanser... I have dry skin on my body, and I often feel itchy, and uncomfortable after showering unless I smother myself in body lotion afterwards.

The Number 7 range is something I've not really tried many items from. Being a makeup junkie means I often pass by the rest of the range, and I also have to say I do find many items from the regular line of cosmetics a little disappointing - I am warming very much to the seasonal collections of makeup, as they seem much better quality that the regular line... Anyway, I digress, and the makeup reviews are for another day!

This shower oil retails at £8.75 for 250mls, which is a decent sized bottle. The packaging is fine - it has a dispenser which looks like this;
Personally, I think this would be improved by having a pump dispenser, but this is a personal thing really - other than that the packaging is clean and modern looking and looks nice on the bathroom shelf.

I don't use this during every shower, simply because I see this as a way to give my skin a little bit of a pamper. The oil has a smell something akin to a mild olive oil - not unpleasant and not fake. It laters up well to form a rich non drying lather - its definitely not foamy like a typical shower gel, but feels richer on the skin. For me, this leaves my skin feeling super soft, clean and comfortable. I've even been able to forego the masses of body lotion on occasion.

If you suffer from congested or oily skin on your body, this may aggravate it, so obviously bear your skintype in mind.
As always, the ingredients for you - some definite unpronouncable and chemically sounding ones in there, but I haven't had any issues with it at all... I have been using this pretty much every other day and my skin hasn't got spotty or congested on my upper back, which is where I often react to body products.

I did recieve this to try at an event, but I would definitely repurchase this - especially at the moment as they are doing one of those fab £5 till splits right now, so this would only cost £3.75.
